Naomi Godding attends the closure of Bretton Hall College.

When National Treasurer Naomi Godding returned to Bretton Hall College where she trained as a teacher, it was to mark the closure of the 60 year old establishment.

To her suprise amongst other guests was close collegue and former Welsh ECA Treasurer Roger Haughton. "In all the years we have worked together it never occured to us to talk about our professional backgrounds" said Naomi. "Roger was at the college a few years before me and it was decades before we met on ECA business."

Bretton Hall, which is at the heart of the Yorkshire Sculpture Park in West Yorkshire, was founded to promote the teaching of music, art, and drama. Naomi met ECA National Chairman Bernard whilst they were both students at the college.
