The potential for community action at the grassroots

The Community Sector Coalition (CSC), of which the ECA is a founding member, have released a Policy Paper ‘Unseen, Unequal, Untapped, Unleashed - the potential for community action at the grassroots’

The challenge for government is to help communities to help themselves – supporting not stifling grassroots community action.
